Just as a heads up, Google's API servers are working again (and they are faster than they ever have been too... maybe they upgraded them or something).
It means "Unknown"... or "Not Available". Which is more accurate than a 9999 listing. I was getting too many people asking why it looked all the way down to 9999 for their rankings.
