ich bin in einem anderem englischsprachigem Forum auf ein Angebot gestossen. Dort wird ein Projekt verkauft, dass innerhalb von wenigen Monaten sehr erfolgreich läuft, laut dem Admin zumindest.

The other pages on the site are nowhere to be found so they can be scrapped and redone.
The template is used by me on many other of my sites so it should probably be changed. But that is up to the buyer... Just be aware I will keep using it. It's an ugly template anyways. I just like it cause it gets the job done seo wise.

This is a new site so the only month's income to base it on is February. I could wait to sell but this number will only go up and so would the price.
