sorry das ich jetzt hiermit komme aber ich such jetzt echt schon ne Stunde

Ich hab folgendes Problem: Meine Website ist mit 3 index(n) bei Google, wie kann ich das mittels htaccess abändern ?

folgende Seiten sollten auf die wirkliche Seite leiten:

https://domain.tld/index.htm
https://domain.tld/index.html
https://domain.tld/index.php

https://www.domain.tld/index.htm
https://www.domain.tld/index.html
https://www.domain.tld/index.php


----> www.Domain.tld (index.php)


Bitte helft mir ich hab echt keinen Plan
