was macht man, wenn eine fremde Website die eigene Webseite "spiegelt"?
Diese Proxy-Site: www.tylerschnaidt.com/blocked/nph-index.pl
benutzt meinen Inhalt, soll man das Google und Co. mitteilen, bzw. wo oder wie kann man das machen?

hatte auch so ein Problem und hab den Betreiber angerufen & bei den g00gle webmastertools einen Spam Report für die Proxyseite eingereicht.

das würde ich aber bei einer Proxy Seite anders sehen. Es wäre nicht das erste mal, das die Original-Domain den Bach runtergeht, weil der Proxy insgesamt besser von Google bewertet wird.
Allerdings kann es auch sein, dass Google sowas mal in der Zwischenzeit behoben hat und da unterscheiden kann.
