Background - My computer was coming up with vastly different results from other computers in the office, using the same IP. I would search for "Urban Jewelry" without the quotes and my site came up 2nd on my computer. Got me excited because I thought I was finally out of the sandbox. Went to any other computer in the world, and it would come up way back in the supplementary results.

So it was obvious that Google was ... personalizing the results. ... BIG problem if you're running scans to find out where you rank on a keyword!!!!!
