wenn du nur ein frameset nimmst dann geht es ganz gut
wobei man bedenken muss das die navigation zu den inhaltsseiten
immer erst auf ebene 2 kommt.

eine sitemap und interne verlinkung der inhaltsseiten hilft.

wenn du aber wie netobjects es gerne macht für jede inhaltsseite
wieder ein neues frameset nimmst dauert es monate bis der spider
am ende ankommt. sind anscheinend immer sehr viele seiten darunter
auf denen nichts passiert.

gut, also mit netobjects hat das ganze natürlich nichts zu tun, so'n müll...
ist nur ein werbeframe, den ich nicht rauswerden kann. vielleicht probier ich das wirklich mal aus, ein test wäre ja mal interessant. danke dir.

Frames can work... !!!

Conditions....each frame page should be reachable with a link on the main page or sitemap.

When google follows the links he spiders and saves all pages but shows them also in the results as single pages...(so without the main frames)

This means also that each page should have a javascript that automaticly loads this page inside the frame where it should be in case this frame page is the entrance page !!!

because javascipt is ignored by google the pages are indexed without the menu mainframes and you can see this in the cache from google later.

I see many framepages otherwise constructed...

Another good solution is shared borders in frontpage or a complete
page loaded inside another page...FP 2003 does this also very nice.

I prefer shared borders.....a bit slower then frames but very easy to construct and
get optimized
