ist das en googlebot ableger der sich als mozilla tarnt?

Eher nein.
Die Änderung des UA war von GoogleGuy bei WMW angekündigt. Der UA mit Mozilla ist also ganz regulär. Es wurde gemunkelt, daß es sich u.a. um eine Anti-Cloaking-Maßnahme handelte.
Für alle die einen WMW-Zugang haben ist noch https://www.webmasterworld.com/forum11/2488.htm interessant sowie https://www.webmasterworld.com/forum3/24900.htm, wo eine Änderung von
Googlebot/2.1 (+https://www.googlebot.com/bot.html)
nach
Googlebot/2.1 (+https://www.google.com/bot.html)
besprochen wurde. Wer also auf dem vollen UA basierend cloakt, hat(te) u.U. ein Problem.

man vergleiche einfach mal die dateigrößen von googlebot und mozilla-googlebot-seiten. wenn einem da nichts auffällt, hat man kein gzip-mod im apache und verschenkt viel geld
