Best sources of keyword data in Germany?

For the UK, I use Keyword Discovery (the best), Wordtracker (very good), and Google Adwords tool.
What are some of the best sources of keyword data in Germany ?

Hello, theres no good source for this data, the only i would suggest is the google adwords tool...

One of the users here, has a keyword-database,

Do you know what period of time, the data is taken from ?
Is it over 1 month, for example ?

It's data from the last 3 month, updated on the first of every month. Currently about 25 millionen querys. Keyword-datenbank.de has a bigger index but the timerange is larger as well

Are they all based on PPC data or do some of them have organic data in the sample ?
