Job Description:
- Directing of the international planning, implementation and optimisation of marketing and sales activities for the acquisition of new customers in search engines
- Improvement of technical processes
- Quality assurance of all sales and reporting processes
- Keeping the search marketing campaigns on the highest level of the technical progress
- Achieve the established targets
- Responsible for the achievement of the established targets in between a certain time and by compliance with general conditions
- Implementation of activities and strategies for the achievement of the department’s objectives
- Controlling, analysis and reporting of all search engine campaigns
- Continuous reporting of the search engines results to all the Heads of Online Marketing
- Set up most possible efficiency in campaign management
- Performance control of the department’s objectives
- Acquisition and support of new search engines
- Briefing the department on changes of the lead campaigns
- Observation of search engine markets for each country and derivation of activities
- Supervision in compliance with budgets
- Implementation of staff management tasks
- Development of professional expertise in the department
Requirements:
- Personal competence and maturity for the management and further development
- Profound expertise in management and motivation of employees
- Qualified know-how in Business Administrations (e.g. relevant studies / experience)
- Professional experience in the sector of the new media
- Profound experience in online sales / marketing (at least 2 years), experience marketing a plus
- Very good English (written and comprehension), knowledge of German language a plus
