JO B DETAIL S We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team responsible for the account of a DAX listed company in the fast moving consumer goods sector.
Resp onsibilities include:
- Steering of complex projects for international online developments including global launches and rollouts
- Close collaboration with online agencies and the clients’ internet departments worldwide
- Coordination and execution of complex and sensitive website publications
- Quality management and pre-rollout testing for international online developments and marketing campaigns
- 1st level technical and operational assistance with the local adaptation of centrally developed online campaigns and websites
- Client consulting in brand consistency and usability
- Continuous optimization of workflows and processes
- Content Management using customized CMS solutions
- Production and optimization of instructional documents and help manuals for client use
- Conduct training sessions via web conference on tools, processes and styleguides
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English and German both written and spoken
- Strong Internet and technical affinity, preferably Online Marketing and Social Media knowledge
- Very strong service mentality
- Proactively take over responsibility and ownership
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize under high pressure and in a performance driven environment through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Able to manage own workload, delegate in time while giving clear direction and priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail for a high level of accuracy and a very precise and structured way of working
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Display a professional approach and attitude to work at all times
- Committed, self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
- An international mindset
- University educated
- Relevant work experience
- IT skills: Excellent knowledge of Windows & MS Office, experience in using content management and web analytics systems, preferably knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
