Just another posting from me here in the forum and yes in English like i use to do, so no need to reply why i am doing this.
Also in the first place because people still reading my previous postings and send me PM,s.
What i am doing now...
At this moment i am in the Philippines and got a team of people working for me to make great websites.
This team of people cost far less money then one person would do in Holland and for sure these eight people make much more work then that one.
My SEO company still remains in Holland, so i have 2 markets to serve,
one seo market in Holland for Dutch companies and building great websites here in the Philippines the way i want them to be.
So in short i am still in the business and building up my own network of related sites.

How to get no.1 in google, for some a real problem but in fact easy but a lot of work.
You have to focus on the content and NOT on Google to get no.1.
By doing so, you create probably the best website in your theme because
you want to be the best in it.
The linkstructure i have shown before still works but when theme relevancy is more important then this structure for now.
To be a succes....
(1) stick with one theme and build your site surronding this theme.
(2) try to build a huge website instead of many small ones.
(3) dont over optimize your site (very important)
(4) in case you have the manpower, build relevant sites for linkpartners.
(5) if you trade links....do it ONLY with a theme related site.
(6) dont link to a site that has NOTHING to do with the theme of your site.
How to start.
Go to google trends and adwords keyword tool to check out your keywords. These keywords should be very NARROW related.
As example.......
If your site is about Berlin only....and you have the domain name
einfachberlin.de then stick with berlin and write articles about berlin only.
I saw huge sites....which score good on the word Germany but not on Berlin or Bonn....why in so far simple because they offer information about germany in total and not Berlin or Bonn particulary.
Other sites that FOCUS only on Berlin do offer much more information these related keywords and take the ranks in that keyword.
I hope this helps a littlebit understanding google as they want to show the most relavant site top ranked. Just look at wikipedia which offers tons of related content (much and optimized internal linked) on various themed keywords. You can ONLY beat that by beeing better and smarter.
