Einer meiner Kunden hat sein PW gür GA verloren. Das sollte eigetlich kein Problem sein, denk ich mir und versuche ihm das PW wieder zu beschaffen. Aber was dann kommt, spottet jeder Beschreibung. Hat jemand eine Idee, was man noch machen kann?
Versuch 1 war die Funktion "PW vergessen" zu verwenden. Es kam auc relativ schnell ein Mail mit einem Link drinnen um das PW zu resetten. Das Problem: Der Link hat nicht funktioniert.

Our client has lost his username and password for an Analytics Account. We have done an extensive search of old emails but to no avail. I have seen in the forum that it is recommended that we fill in the About Contacting Us page found at the bottom of all Help Centre pages - can't find it - anyone have a link to it??
